This unit on troubleshooting is very helpful. It teaches us the teachers how to tackle with all the obstacles one may come across in a class. This unit gives useful tips and ideas such as what activities are appropriate to establish rapport. Moreover, what should a teacher teach or do in the first lesson such as avoid grammar exercises.This module has introduced me to terms in the in the English language that I did not know before. Even though I will use the techniques every day, defining them and understanding the differences will require further studying from me in order to feel fully confident. I believe this level of study will be reserved for high level students.
