This lesson was really helpful regarding the use of business English language when communication with clients, business people, writing business letters etc. I also learned the use of games n the classroom and how they can help for the learning process. This Unit is long but really useful for teachers.I find this unit useful and practical in assisting teachers' approach in teaching to different groups of students and 'clients'. It is quite detailed in providing information such as types, needs, tips, dos and don'ts. It is easy to understand and useful to apply in understanding and teaching students.
