I feel the study plan is well structured in this course. I found this unit extremely easy to understand. However it is good to review the main points of present tenses and their usage. The part which I feel will be more useful for me is the \"teaching activities' suggestions\". I feel more and more excited about using all these techniques in real teaching situations. So about the overview of this unit's content: there are four present tenses, Simple present, present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous. All of them have to do with present situations but the perfect ones go beyond and relate the past with the present situations. It is very interesting indeed. So, the simple present mainly is used to make statements about facts and stuff which are unchangeable at the time of speaking. The contiuous refers to a situation which is in a changing state at the time of speaking, and it has some specific usages when telling stories. The present perfect states a situation which is already finished (so it took place in the past) but has results in the present. And the present perfect continuous refers to situations which started in the past but probably are still in course at the moment of speaking.
