I find this unit useful and practical to assist teachers' approach in teaching to different groups of students and 'clients'. It is quite detailed in providing information such as groups, types, needs, tips, dos and don'ts. It is easy to understand and useful to apply in understanding and teaching students.It was good planning lesson to show what needs to include, what is important, what is not, how to write especially the format not only from students point of view but for your own improvement also. Especially the examples given in the end was quite nice to read and understand the concept how it can be done.
