In this unit I learned how to manage a classroom. Many useful techniques like various student and seating options depending on what is happening in the lesson. The ways to reduce Teacher Talk Time (TTT) and increase Student Talk Time (STT). For example when giving instructions, using gestures, visuals, mime and others to allow the students more communication learning freedom. Also including factors that are associated with establishing good rapport between teacher and students i.e. being punctual to lessons. Finally factors that can be associated to student behaviour and how to address these in the best possible way if discipline is required.
