The unit was comprehensive on the characteristics teachers and learners must exhibit in order to make the classroom an effective learning environment. Special mention was also made on the different categories of learners and their distinguished attributes with regards to their motivation, experience, as well as their expectations. One key lesson i have discovered form this unit is that, what makes a good teacher is his/her ability to demonstrate more than one of the good qualities at all times. Teachers must also varied their roles in class depending on the activity and the expected impact on the learners. The unit has been extremely useful.
