In the first lesson the instructor is arrogant and demeaning to the students and as a result they shut down and didn't want to participate. I would say nothing was learned in the first video. In the second video we saw the benefits of engaging the students in a more respectful way and through body language and participatory means, got the students to engageAs a qualified teacher, I am well-practiced at selecting appropriate course materials and researching and creating my own resources to suit the needs of the learners in my classroom. However, the most useful part of the module, for me, was getting me thinking about appropriate resources and methods to use within different types of lessons, during this test.
