I think it was helpful to know the different types of exams students may be interested in taking once they completed a lengthy ESL course. It was interesting to note the terminology used for exams throughout the semester and what they are used for. I think this chapter may have included example questions from each exam to add some interest and a comparison.In this unit I learnt about all the different materials and objects that can be found in the classroom, how they are used, the effective ways to use them to benefit student learning, and things to keep in mind when using them. E.g. the differences between a traditional classroom board and an interactive white board, the advantages and disadvantages of both.
