This unit talks about themes that can be thought throughout the business English course. It gives a description on how to use case studies and how frameworking can be used in the class. Also introduces teaching methodology based on solving the problems and talks about how to use games in our teaching. Also shows importance of the use of internet in teaching.Similar to previous units, the troubleshooting relating to many different cases is quite useful as I could be facing with any of these problems in future. Throughout this course, I have found how important it is to make the lesson suitable to that particular group of students as it will determine everything about the student?s progress in learning English.
