This unit teaches us how to be a good class manager using different tools and techniques. It talks about how important it is to know how to make good eye contact, gestures and how to use our voice and also gives us tips on how to organize the classroom and group students. Finally talks about discipline, how to maintain it and how to react to different situations.This unit looks at appropriate and inappropriate behavior as a teacher. The first video examines the relationship between the teacher and students when the teacher is inflexible, invariable, unenthusiastic and not clear with instructions. The second video shows a clear difference when the teacher is enthusiastic, inclusive, variable, and clear in his instruction.
