This lesson was helpful to me in understanding the orders in which teaching vocabulary and what active phases should follow one another. Teaching students in the correct order will increase success and help the students to retain the information provided. Helping prepare the students for a presentation is extremely important and should be done in the correct order.This unit acted as a refresher for me when it comes to grammar. Most of the exact definitions for these grammar parts were quite useful because I had forgot them. Interestingly I had never before heard of 'gerund'. This unit was the first time I had seen that word. I think this section definitely refreshed my memory on English grammar; plus I learned something new!
