This unit was really helpful since it went over real problems that are likely to arise when teaching large groups, learners of different levels and students who are reluctant to participate. Knowledge of the right method or technique to use helps to make teaching and learning fun. This unit has aptly provided several methods and activities that can be used to engage students of all levels and maintain their attention.
