This unit covered teaching productive skills. One of the biggest takeaways from this lesson was that students have to be able to see the point in something or else they will be less likely to participate. This unit also pointed out that homework is important because it reinforces the writing aspect of learning that is sometimes devalued.Most of the information about teaching aids and equipment is quite obvious. At least for me, having over a year of experience, the content of this unit seems pretty straight-forward. Unfortunately I only have a whiteboard and speakers available. The list of websites, however, is very useful and I found some that I will use in the future.
