This unit covered how to use coursebooks and supplemental materials in the classroom. It was very helpful because it taught integration of created and authentic materials into the lesson and how to use it with lessons from a textbook. It also taught how to modify or adapt the lessons in a textbook to fit the needs of the specific class.Unit 4, The Present Tenses, refreshed my memory on the rules of the different tenses. I can agree this unit provided me with difficulty because of the forms and ways to use them. The most helpful part of unit 4 was each tense having their own teaching idea sections. These would help me integrate the student's into the lesson in a fun way.
