This unit is very interesting in deed. I have learned a lot from this course introduction. The detailed course content had boost up my confident in this unit. Every different point was interesting to read such as online course tutors, aims and objectives, general terminology, general business English, ESP and prospects. I enjoyed this unit.This section was the most demanding so far, but I enjoyed it thoroughly. I did not understand 10 to 15 at first I had to reread the directions several times to get an understanding of the questions. I loved the Engage, Study, and Activate that was put into the lesson. EAS gives me a feel of what needs to be happening when teaching a lesson.
