I feel that classroom management is the one area that all teachers struggle with,especially in the area of disciplining students. This module gives a useful framework on the best approaches for ensuring that teacher student relationship in the classroom can maximize the students ability to learn. It gives useful tips on how to encourage students to learn but also recognizes the different effects of why students may not be interested in the class. I ultimately feel that the teacher must remember his own language learning journey, whether it is from high school Spanish or his current studies, to help students understand that the teacher \"feels their pain\".
