This unit presents a template of what a typical lesson plan should look like. It is important for teachers to identify leaner objectives, personal aims, language points, teaching aids, anticipated problems and solutions to those problems in the lesson plan. Most importantly, the lesson plan needs to outline the procedure clearly and in as much detail as possible while allowing room for changes. Looking at all the examples that were provided in the chapter, I learnt that there is no absolute right or wrong answer as to how to structure each phase in the lesson. Different students or language points would call for different activities and styles of teaching.
