This course has greatly widened my knowledge on teaching english to all ages. This course has allowed me to sharpen up on my vocabulary, grammar and classroom dynamics. Throughout the units I have learned how to properly assess, observe, discipline, encourage and guide different levels of students. I have learned how to include grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation etc into lesson plans, as well as incorporate a number of various activate and engage activities that allow the students to have fun while learning. I plan to put everything I have learned from this course into action as I teach english in South Korea for a year (Sept '11- Sept '12).
