I have learned a lot more about teaching in this course, and how to teach english. I feel that I have gained confidence in my future as a ESL teacher. I plan on using my units as inspiration and reflection as well as the lesson plan ideas given to me. I will make great use of all the online sources the TEFL course has given me and I will use the community boards online to look for jobs. In terms of my future classrooms I will put everything I?ve learned into action...like the blank lesson plans, the language and structure of the grammar sections, and balancing talking time between students and teacher. I feel like my understanding of different types of learners and their objectives in the classroom has opened my eyes. I can?t wait to begin.
