This course has highlighted to me how complicated the english language really is. A lot of this material I had never been exposed to before. Luckily my english grammar has always orally been good, now I understand why I say what I instinctively say and why things are phrased as they are. I have learned how to communicate these techniques, which will be invaluable to me during my english teaching career. I am at present living in Beijing and I am hoping this qualification will enable me to gain some employment. I feel I have learned what I need to plan and deliver a well designed program. This course has given me the knowledge and confidence to walk into the classroom and start teaching. I am aware that this is just a starting point I have a lot to learn still and am sure this will come in time.
