I?ve learnt that each lesson should have three phases, namely; engage, study and activate and should include the productive and receptive skills. The students should have fun while learning and be motivated to actively participate in the class. I?ve learnt about good classroom management ? the skill of organizing and managing the class, having a friendly, relaxed manner and maintaining discipline. How to maximize the use of course books, lesson materials, equipment and teaching aids to make lessons more interesting and effective. I can evaluate students? levels and progress. I?ve learnt the techniques for teaching different groups and individuals. My knowledge of the english grammar has been refreshed and I know what it takes to be a good teacher. I will incorporate all that I?ve learnt into my class on a daily basis. Get my students to actively participate in the activities by making my lessons fun. I will plan all my lessons carefully with the students in mind and make each lesson balance.
