Even though I am a native english speaker born and raised in England I have learnt a vast amount about english language. How to use, the meaning, the structures things that I had been taught a long time ago and had completely forgotten about. I have also learnt various items of english language such as phonemics, I have never been taught about phonemics in any of my previous school days. Not only have I learnt about the english language but I have also learnt how to use it and how to apply it as a teacher, due to the vast teaching skills that this course taught me and how my on-line tutor Peter has guided me throughout the course. Also I do honestly believe that this course has taught me far more about english than I ever learnt at school during my entire schooling days. This will definitely benefit me with not only teaching but with how to deal with other situations outside of school. Lastly this course has given me a new lease of life and lots more confidence to achieve my goals, it has made my dream a reality. As I am married to a Thai national and my father in-law is the chief of police in Klaeng, Rayong. I do have an opportunity to teach police officers and children of police officers english language, which is very appealing to me as I have just completed building our new house in Klaeng, Rayong. This now allows me to put my house in England up for sale then prepare myself for a fresh new start in life with a new rewarding and exciting career, which up until now was only a dream.
