I have been an EFL teacher for almost two years now and I think that taking this TEFL course has really helped me gain a lot of perspective. With this course I was able to pinpoint key issues that I have in my classroom and how I can improve my teaching skills as well. Even though I am an EFL teacher, I do not have a background in education so my grammar skills have always been a bit rough ? I?ve always had trouble understanding grammar. After doing the worksheets I was able to include more grammar points into my lesson plans and create more well-rounded classes. I have also been organizing my lesson plans into ESA format and I?ve found that it really helps keep my class on track and my students pay more attention than before. This course has definitely helped me become a better teacher and it was well worth the time and effort.
