Although I have been teaching english Conversation for four years, this course has helped create a new way of thinking in regards to my lesson planning and has also given me some great new ideas for class activities. The course has also helped me to brush up on my english grammar and now when asked certain questions, I am able to give a more detailed and defined explanation to my co-teachers. The formulas presented also helped in understanding and was very useful in explaining things more easily, then say, if it was presented in a textbook format. The course has also given me other ideas regarding activities and lessons plans for future classes, so I have benefitted from that as well. I guess the biggest thing for me is, it made me think and consider lots of different things; activities, grammar refreshment, good ideas, and I can see how much it could really help a less experienced teacher, I know it happens, but I couldnt imagine how a young, recent university graduate could be efficient without some course of course as this. I will also print out all the lessons and create a manual in which I can easily refer to it as needed.
