First of all I would like to express my deep gratitude to ITTT team for proving me and all future teachers with such a useful and helping course. Personally I gained more self confidence, professional teaching skills and lots of interactive ways of teaching. This course helped me to figure out existing problems of classroom management, which is considered to be number one problem in large groups of students. Another great contribution of this course in my teaching career was the unit, which taught me to motivate and encourage students, so that they could learn language more efficiently. I gained a lot of useful teaching methods and materials, which already help me make my lessons more integrated. It also gave me additional ideas in teaching grammar and vocabulary to different age groups. It helped me establish rapport with students. My lesson planning is more organized now, which helps me make my lessons more interesting and productive. To make the story short ITTT contributed a lot in my professional development.
