I have definitely learned some great helpful hints for teaching ESL as well as some games and activities for class. I have also brushed up on my english skills! Even though I am a native speaker I don?t think about what tense I?m talking in and know every tense format off the back of my head, I just speak. Now I really have a better concept of how I would explain it to my students. I?ve learned some fun ways to teach not so fun stuff like grammar. I liked some of the worksheet ideas as well. Now, I will be putting my skills to the test by teaching english in the Galapagos. I will be leaving the end of March because their school year starts in April. Now, instead of being a volunteer/assistant I will be the teacher. I am very excited to bring my new knowledge and old knowledge with me and be the best teacher I can be.
