As a native english speaker I have learned a lot over the years through formal and informal education. This course reinforced many basic grammar topics and shed light on some different ways to explain them. The course also provided me with much needed information about teaching techniques and ideas. The lesson planning practice was essential. I am currently living in Honduras and looking to either teach ESL classes locally or I am also looking into teaching ESL classes online. For a long time I have wanted to live abroad and teach. I am living here because this is where my husband is from. I have a great desire to teach and I find the internet classes to be intriguing. Where ever I end up teaching I will be able to implement what I have gained from this course into my style and lessons. I will also always have the course materials to look back on for some support while I am getting started.
