Unit nine talks of planning.As a teacher,lesson planning is a very important aspect.there exist different school of taughts.however too much planning of a lesson may make it too hard and not flexible.as a good teacher,there are some aspect or things you should take in to consideration.For example,lesson aid,working documents,a lesson record.It should be noted that there is no specific way of writing lesson plan.To adapt a right course book for students in a classroom is always a challenge, because we will need to find a book that fit in our students' needs and our needs. Something that can really help students learn and bring up their interests about learning English. I would think get good topics from a book that students are interested and willing to express their ideas in class is the one that can be most helpful.
