This unit covered the present tense. The unit divides the present tense into four sub categories. Those four sub categories are: 1) simple present, 2) continuous present, 3) perfect, 4) continuous perfect. The unit contained instruction on the form, usage, typical mistakes, and teaching ideas for the activate stage for each of these tenses. I thought the unit was well structured, practical, and straight forward.This unit explained every type of assessment in the teaching field. For each individual assessment the unit explained why, where, and when to use them. I guess what I learned from this chapter the most would be the actual specific names given for each exam. (Especially the external ones) I also learned how it is important to constantly assess the students to see how very one stand she n the class at that moment.
