As I've progressed through the modules of this Ittt course, I've often wondered whether or not I should create my own syllabus and curriculum or rather rely on a ready-made coursebook. This module helped me flesh this quandary out by looking at both options. The recommendation of the Interchange for American English coursebook was especially helpful in pointing me in the right direction and I've already ordered a copy.This one was a bit harder than I expected. Once again, labeling the words with the correct term is very difficult. This is not something that my students will have to do. It is something that I will need to know to be able to teach them how to properly speak. Still, even though it is useful for me to have floating in the background of my mind, it is difficult to find an interest in mastering the labeling portion of it.
