One fact that has been highlighted in this course is the understanding that teaching is not as easy as it seems. I have gained the knowledge of how to teach people of different ages and within different social circles; my creativity has been stimulated, and my grammar much improved. I have also gained an understanding of how to be a well balanced teacher; neither spoon-feeding, nor neglecting students. I have learnt the phonemic alphabet which I could not read before. I have also learnt how to effectively carry out a lesson. I have planned to use the above gained knowledge as the foundation for my teaching presentation, thereby creating a fun filled and scholastic lesson.
