I have learned it is important to organize your thoughts before teaching. To keep things organized will help me as the teacher to flow through the class period and not get too much off track. I believe it will also benefit the student by not giving them more than is planned which can cause confusion and discouragement. This will be beneficial in the future. Another important aspect of the course has been the practice of ESA. Although I am sure that it may come in different names the principal of each phase keeps things in perspective. Each level has the key principles to keep the teacher and student engaged in the process
