We feel that we have gained a much greater understanding of the english language and the methods which can be used to teach it to students of varying ages and abilities. We are both studying to become key stage 1/2 teachers and are hoping to assist EAL students in their learning with a greater understanding of successful methods which can be used to improve their language abilities. Not only are we hoping to teach children in this country, but on completion of university we would like to combine what we have learnt with our three year teacher training degree to teach children abroad who have english as a second language.
