This course has taught me the differences in teaching children versus adults gave me insight on working with bilingual and monolingual students. I learned that it is very important to make sure the students go over the work or lesson and be reviewed so that the students and myself know their progress and also work on any areas that may not be thoroughly understood by the student. I am more confident when I do a lesson plan and am more aware of the student?s needs or issues that may arise. Overall I believe that I will teach english with confidence and always be able to reference any lessons or lesson plans with the books and tools that I have been given by the tefl course.
