If the teacher is not giving the lesson in a clear and understanding manner the students will not understand the lesson that is trying to learn. I have learned that teachers must come to class in a positive why and speak with volume and focus.Class management is one of the most dofficult aspects of teaching. I often have a challenge with class control in my class. I have learned a lot about how to manage students behaviour in class especially with those low-self esteem. I will pay attention to pairwork group strategy because I hardly apply it in class.
