This unit is about: Modal Verbs, Phrasal Verbs and Passive Voice. These are the basics of grammar that teacher's will most probably run into as they are teaching but should always learn more as the teaching years go by. A 'good grammar reference book' is a good thing for a teacher to have on hand. Modals are verbs that are asked usually in a nice way such as, 'may I?' There are also 3 different kinds of phrasal verbs: transitive seperable, Intransitive and transitive inseperable.
