This unit was interesting because it helped me see all of the possible options available to the language classroom. I am curious to see what options my future classroom will have. I feel like I will be able to utilize these tools to help spark interest with my future students. Also, using resources is a fantastic way to help students increase knowledge on a subject that I may not be the expert in. I probably will try to utilize the resources most for authentic materials. I want it to be something my students will be able to use one day.Unit 15 was short, concise, informative, and very helpful. I loved this unit because it explore information that at first glance may seem like common sense. It explains and goes into detail about how to properly evaluate students as well as the different kinds of testing that exists (i.e. placement tests, progress tests, diagnostic tests,practice tests, and general external exams). This section highlights the similarities as well as the differences between the different kinds of testing and when each kind of testing is most appropriate.
