Here Below you can check out the feedback (for one of our units) of one of the 16.000 students that last year took an online course with ITTT!

This unit was all about pronunciation. the lesson covered nuances native English speakers use to convey meaning in a sentence. Examples such as intonation and what work to stress in a sentence. Later in the lesson it focused on how to pronounce certain words, like where to stress the syllable. Mouth diagrams indicating how to visually explain how to pronounce certain sounds is a very useful tool provided in this unit. Something that I was not familiar with was the phonetic alphabet. I've seen it before, but never learned it or put it to use. This unit talks about conditionals and reported speech. The types of conditionals are zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional, and mixed conditional. The biggest mistakes are with the 1st and 2nd conditionals mixing those up is quite common. Some teaching ideas include: split sentences, chain conditionals, nuclear bunker role play, what would happen if..., complete the conditional, and what a question. This unit also taught about reported speech and direct speech, providing us with the verb tenses for each.
