I learned class management. In this lesson class management is important in helping the students to learn. Eye contact is use to build the connection between students and teacher. Gestures help the teaching easily understood. Voice has a great role in avoiding boredom and build interest to the learners. Next is maintaining discipline, seating arrangement is important to maintain the orderliness of the class. There are different kinds of seating arrangements the first one is orderly rows, circle,separate and individual seat. Finally there are reasons why the students continue misbehaving in the classroom , because of family problem, low self esteem and disrespectful.
