Upon viewing the two videos, it shows the good and the bad way of teaching a lesson to students. In the first video, it shows a teacher who wasn't able to explain elaborately the lesson and doesn't provide a friendly environment to the students to encourage participation. While in the second video, it shows the proper way of teaching which is giving explanations, a lot of examples, showing pictures, doing gestures and mimis which helps the students understand more the lesson. In the second video also, the teacher is more friendly and shows smiles and even call the students with their names which encourages them to participate effectively. It is a big help as I see an actual demonstration of teaching that can affect the whole delivery of lesson and the understanding of the students. I learned that a teacher's positive and engaging attitude can affect the students' respond with a high level of participation.
