In this unit I have learnt about opportunities out there for teaching English for Specific Purposes. I did not know that there is so much information about job prospects and employment opportunities in so many countries, this has given me confidence and I will also apply with a positive mindset.This unit talks about the need and the motives to make evaluations to the learners. It gives us an idea of the different types of evaluation and takes a wide look at the types of external exams that exist today. It also proposes a type of exam to place a learner at a specific level of the courseThis unit covered the topics modal verbs, phrasal verbs, and passive voice. This unit was very helpful because it covered a more advanced topic for EFL students, but provided clear definitions and suggestions for activities. The clear distinctions between the various phrasal verbs was helpful.
