In this unit I learned how to use the 4 future tenses, plus the going to future tense, the present tense with future meaning and the present continuous tense with future meaning. The future simple tense is used to talk about facts and certainties, Example .- I will go to school tomorrow The future continuous is used to express actions that will be in progress at a particular time in the future , Example .- at 10pm tonight I will be sleeping The future perfect is used to express that a certain future action will have finished at a particular point in time in the future . Example .- By 9pm tomorrow, I will have finished my homework. The future perfect continuous is used to express how long a future action will have been in progress, up until a specific point in time in the future . Example .- By 6pm on Sunday, I will have been swimming at the pool for 2 hours. The going to future tense is used to express spontaneous decisions. Example.- I am going to the doctor , I am feeling very sick. The present simple tense with future meaning is used for schedules or time tables. Example .- The Bus to Merida leaves at 8pm tonight. The present continuous with future meaning is used for activities that we place in our agendas. Example .- I am visiting my mom on Sunday.
