This unit addresses the types of students that may be encountered. Generally adult students that can be encountered in either groups or individually, each situation has advantages and disadvantages that should be acknowledged by the teacher and addressed appropriately. Various teaching methodologies used through out history were explained, including the ESA format preferred in this course.In this unit my past tense comprehension was elevated, and my knowledge from the present tense unit came in handy as well. I realize now how similar both the past and present tenses are to one another, but due to this unit i'm even more acutely aware of the subtleties between them. The list of irregular verbs really helped on the test, as did the parallel structure of the assessment sheet.
