From this lesson, I learned different teaching methods to keep students engaged in the learning process. The teaching style from the classical period and how improvements continue to be made like using ESA models. I believe any of the models are good but it is important for a teacher to understand the students learning abilities and figure out what works best for that particular classroom. There is nothing wrong in correcting students but the teacher must know when the time is right and not over correct students. More importantly the teacher must give encouragement to students to maintain a positive learning environment.
