to have a good classroom management we should look at different aspects starting with the teacher the main element in the class,the teacher should have great gesture,knowing when to use the eye contact and to have a voice which changes to different proposals but this of course cant always happen depending on the teachers ability,the next is the arrangement of the classroom usually the row arrangement is good when we have a lot of students as it gives the teacher the dominate position and the ability to see all the children to me this is the best arrangement because the can easily work as pairs and groups and the teacher can move very easily.to minimize the amount of talking and misbehaving in class it all depends on engaging the kids with different activities and try to make the lesson as fun as possible of course rules should be set first.to me every lesson is a challenge and what works in one class might not work in the other .
