The unit about classroom management is very useful to provide some information about different methods of managing classes. The analysis of different class groupings along with the pros and cons of each was very informative and will help me in the future when I am organizing classes of different sizes. I also learned that it is better to use a students name after the question rather than before, a mistake that I had previously made many times.Unit 19 broke the different types of students down into children, one on one clients, business English learners, and multilingual and monolingual classrooms. I wish older children and teens had been addressed as well. The tips and pointers given to those who will be working with children were spot on. I have worked with young children for 8 years, and one does have to keep the environment fun and varied, and not be afraid to embarrass oneself.
