This unit on the present tenses has caused me to sharpen my grammar skills in regards to usage and structure. I also found the video to be a helpful tool in visualizing what types of activities i can use in order to engage my future students. As a native speaker i've mastered these tenses, but having them broken down and analyzed really helps me to understand them more fully, and gives me confidence that one day i'll be able to convey my knowledge to my students.From this Unit I learned new and interesting information about techniques and methods of teaching. I understand that it is very important to mix different methods during a lesson. The teacher should encourage the students not only to use all their knowledge of English language but also learn more and help each other when they can. ESA lesson with 3 main stages gives a very high opportunity for the teacher make a lesson informative, interesting, fun and effective.
