In this unit. it talks a lot about class arrangement, class discipline. Teacher should decrease the teacher talk time by using simple language and same language. Encouragement of students working in pairs or in groups. Students can be more intimate and rapport. When discipline problems arise, teacher should talk to the student after class privatelyThis unit is about managing classes. I think it is a very important aspect in classes. I doesn't matter if we are teaching to students with low levels or with a business level, the class should always be well managed. The teacher talk time and students talk time is a very important aspect and also the students disposal, pairs, circle and horseshoe.
