There are no special way in which a lesson plan should be written. Lesson plans is important for inexperienced and experienced teachers. The type of lesson plan will depend from the teacher some just write notes while others prepare formal lesson plans. For inexperienced teachers it is better to prepare a formal lesson plan to help the teacher with the overall lesson planning. A well-organised lesson plan helps the teacher being flexible and with the needs of the students. The lesson plan shows what you want the students to be able to do by the end of the lesson. It help as a working document, although the teacher should be quiet flexible he/she can refer to the lesson plan to see what activity comes next. A lesson plan also serves as a record of what activities have been done in class.
