this unit went over some of the most problems when teaching. This involved situational problems in the classroom,large versus small classes, use of native language, reluctant students and listening text problems. One of the things I feel I learned from it is the slower you speak the better off you are. With most second language students the problems arise from listening to people talk and how to deal with it. As these student's are learning and not fluent, it is the teacher's job to insure that the class is balanced for quick learners and slow learners. I think that keeping student's attention is the reason for a lot of problems in the class.
